Took 8 hours but was worth it.
Got all of the panel gaps right, except the bumper and speaking of that, its still not perfect. But the car looks a lot better.
I can finally take picture of this side of my car again.
* Just so I don’t get asked what happened. G uy emergency stopped for a yellow light waaaaay past the line, I hit him. We both admitted fault and went our separate ways.

For a second I thought this was one of Borsuq’s properly fixed posts.
Well done. Looks much improved.

Door has to come off for the fender?
From the photos the hood to bumper looks good which is the important gap imo

The ND is going to look so good in better status (the status I buy miatas in)

Well now you need another Miata so you can turn this one into the project/beater

Wrecking yard fender and bumperskin?

It’s primed but there’s no reason to top coat it

Yes and that was the part I was dreading. Had to use some friends to hold the door while I unbolted/bolted it.

Thanks, bumper is still scratched, but looks fine and thats really all I need.

Same bumper skin actually. That bumper has already taken 3 hits and I live in Detroit ... its good enough.

Mazdas are prone to rust, so the paint would still be a good idea

Apparently not, who knew!?
